Design and Tailored Solutions The production process begins with detailed planning. Each project is customized to the client’s needs—from layout and finishing materials to technical solutions and integrated engineering systems. We use modern 3D design tools that allow us to precisely forecast structural strength and energy efficiency. Throughout the design phase, the client gains a clear understanding of the final result. Materials and Quality Standards We use only high-quality, certified, and environmentally friendly materials compliant with EU standards. The structural framework consists of carefully dried and calibrated timber, ensuring stability and strength. Exterior walls are insulated with high-density mineral wool or PIR panels, providing excellent thermal performance and low operating costs. Vapor-barrier and wind-protection membranes ensure long-term durability and moisture resistance. Every material and connection is selected with particular attention to quality, ensuring the home is safe, energy-efficient, and built to last. Our quality-control specialists inspect each stage of production—from frame assembly to finishing work. Factory Production Process One of the major advantages of modular construction is precise, controlled manufacturing in a factory environment. This means that production is independent of weather conditions and each element is created in dry, secure surroundings. The industrial approach ensures higher accuracy than traditional on-site construction. Each module is fully completed in the factory—including electrical installation, insulation, windows, doors, and interior finishing. Transportation and Installation Once completed, the modules are safely transported to the construction site. Installation typically takes only a few hours, while all on-site work is finished within a few days. This allows clients to move in significantly faster compared to conventional building methods.
